What to tell us when you contact Quality of India

To get the right price quickly, please share:

• Product type and brand – for example a Voltas deep freezer, Blue Star visi cooler, Western deep freezer or Atlantis tea and coffee vending machine.
• Model number, or the size you need (litres, tons or number of taps).
• Quantity.
• Delivery PIN code.
• GST number, if you need the bill in your company name.

Not sure which size to buy? Tell us where it will be used – shop, office, school, restaurant, hotel or home – and how many people will use it. We will suggest suitable models.

When you contact Quality of India you can ask about deep freezers, glass top freezers, visi coolers, water coolers, water dispensers, ice cube machines, reach-in refrigerators and freezers, back bar coolers and air conditioners. We are an authorised dealer of Voltas, Blue Star, Western and Atlantis.

Delivery, payment and GST bill

• Free delivery in Delhi.
• Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida and Sonipat: ₹1,500 per piece, delivered in 0–2 days.
• Rest of India on request. No delivery to Uttarakhand or Rajasthan.
• Prepaid orders only – Razorpay, bank transfer or UPI. No Cash on Delivery.
• GST bill with your order.
• No returns or exchange – please confirm the model and size before you order.

Where is the Quality of India showroom?

Showroom, Hotel Neeru Building, 10, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryaganj, New Delhi, Delhi – 110002, India. It is open Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 11 PM.

Can I contact Quality of India for a bulk or project quotation?

Yes. Email care@qualityofindia.com or WhatsApp the list of products and quantities with your delivery PIN code and GST number. We will send a quotation with GST.

Do you deliver outside Delhi?

Delivery is free in Delhi. Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Noida and Sonipat are charged ₹1,500 per piece and delivered in 0–2 days. Other places in India are on request; we do not deliver to Uttarakhand or Rajasthan.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

No. All orders are prepaid through Razorpay, bank transfer or UPI.

Is there a warranty on the products?

Products carry the brand warranty as per the model. All water coolers and water dispensers carry a 1 year on-site brand warranty.
