These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Quality of India website and purchases made through it.

1. Seller and website

The website is operated under the trade name Quality of India, GSTIN 07AAJPA5063G1ZZ, at Showroom, Hotel Neeru Building, 10, Netaji Subhash Marg, Daryaganj, New Delhi, Delhi – 110002. Customer support is available at care@qualityofindia.com and +91 98112 84184.

2. Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, prices and availability accurate. Minor visual differences may occur between product images and actual products. Manufacturer specifications may change without prior notice. Where a specification is material to purchase, customers should verify the product page/quotation before ordering.

3. Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order becomes confirmed when payment/required advance is received and Quality of India issues confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, the delivery location is not serviceable, a material pricing/specification error is discovered, or the order cannot reasonably be fulfilled. If we cancel an accepted prepaid order for such reasons, the amount paid for the cancelled item will be refunded.

4. Prices and taxes

Website prices include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery, installation, special handling and optional services are charged only where disclosed before payment or in the quotation. A quotation issued for a business/project order governs the commercial terms stated in it.

5. Customer information

Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, delivery and GST information. We may use the information to process the order, delivery, installation, warranty/service and statutory requirements. Further details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Payment and fraud prevention

Customers must use their own authorised payment instrument/account unless the business purchase is legitimately being paid by an authorised organisation. We may request reasonable verification for high-value or unusual orders. See the Payment Policy.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery is governed by the Shipping & Delivery Policy. Customers must provide reasonable access and a suitable receiving person. Standard delivery does not include special lifting, civil work, internal placement or site preparation unless expressly agreed.

8. Returns and warranty

Cancellation, returns, replacement and refunds are governed by the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy; installation and warranty by the Installation & Warranty Policy, together with the applicable product page and quotation. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. B2B / project orders

Accepted quotations for commercial/project orders may contain specific payment, cancellation, delivery, installation, commissioning, warranty and dispute terms. Those terms apply to the relevant order.

10. Intellectual property

Website text, graphics, logos, product presentation and original content belong to Quality of India or the relevant rights holder and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Prohibited use

Customers must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with website operation, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

12. Third-party manufacturers and service providers

Where a manufacturer or authorised service centre provides installation, demonstration or warranty service, that service is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable terms and schedules. Quality of India will reasonably assist with escalation but does not control the manufacturer’s technician availability.

13. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, government restrictions, strikes, civil disruption, traffic/market restrictions, supplier failures or other events that materially prevent performance. We will communicate material delays and reasonable alternatives.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to mandatory consumer-law rights and applicable jurisdictional rules, courts/competent forums in Delhi shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Complaints may first be raised through our Grievance Redressal process.

15. Changes

We may update website policies from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in force and disclosed at the time of the order, subject to applicable law.
