Payment Policy

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery, installation, accessories, special handling or other optional charges are shown before payment or in the quotation.

Accepted payment methods

• UPI.
• Credit and debit cards issued in India.
• Net banking.
• Wallets and card EMI, where shown at checkout.
• Direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) to the Quality of India company account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery is not available. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.

Online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. An order is confirmed only after the payment is successfully received and Quality of India sends an order confirmation by website, SMS, WhatsApp or email. A payment screenshot alone is not proof of order confirmation.

Payment security

• Pay only through the website checkout, at our showroom counter, or to the company bank account/QR code identified on the official invoice or quotation.
• We do not ask customers to pay a personal bank account or personal UPI number for a website order.
• We will never ask for your OTP, card PIN or CVV over a call or WhatsApp.
• If money is debited but an order is not confirmed, contact us. Bank/payment-gateway reversal timing depends on the bank/gateway.

Bulk and project orders

Large commercial equipment, special-procurement products, made-to-order products and project orders may be billed through a written quotation with an advance and the balance payable before dispatch, as stated in the quotation.

EMI

EMI, where offered at checkout, is provided by the relevant bank/card issuer or payment provider. Interest, processing fees and taxes on those charges are determined by the financing provider. If an order is cancelled/refunded, Quality of India refunds the eligible product amount through the applicable payment route; bank/issuer charges already imposed are governed by the issuer’s terms.

Pricing

Website prices and showroom/quotation prices may differ. A price negotiated through WhatsApp or phone becomes binding only when recorded in an official quotation/order confirmation issued by Quality of India. If a product is clearly listed at an erroneous price or specification due to an obvious system or data error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a full refund of amounts paid.

GST invoice

A GST invoice is issued for completed sales as applicable (GSTIN 07AAJPA5063G1ZZ). Business customers should provide the correct legal/business name, billing address and GSTIN before invoicing. Please verify these details before invoice issuance; changes after invoicing may not be possible and will be subject to applicable GST/invoicing requirements. Product serial numbers will be recorded where applicable.
