Shipping & Delivery Policy

Website orders are delivered within Delhi NCR on eligible products, subject to PIN-code serviceability. All-India delivery is available on request. Before dispatch, we confirm the delivery address, landmark, expected delivery date/slot and the person who will receive the product.

Delivery area, charges and time

Deliveries outside Delhi are made through third-party logistics partners such as Porter, Uncle Delivery or a similar transport provider. For website orders, the delivery charge for your PIN code is shown on the product page (when you check your PIN code) and at checkout before payment, and is collected together with the order payment. No further delivery charge is collected later for standard ground-floor delivery.

The day of order is treated as day 0. Delivery is normally Monday to Saturday. Sunday and public-holiday delivery is not guaranteed.

If we cannot deliver within 5 working days after the promised delivery date, you may contact us to cancel the affected order for a refund, subject to any product-specific or project-order terms and applicable law.

Ground-floor delivery and additional services

The delivery charge above (free in Delhi) covers standard ground-floor delivery. Additional services are chargeable only when quoted and agreed in advance.

Standard delivery means delivery to the ground-floor receiving point nearest to where the delivery vehicle can legally and safely reach. Internal shifting, positioning, stairs, hoisting, crane work and special unloading are not included unless specifically confirmed for the order.

Please tell us before dispatch about narrow lanes, market no-entry hours, society gate-pass rules, goods-lift timings, basement height limits, parking restrictions or other access conditions.

Receiving delivery

An adult representative should be present to receive the product and confirm delivery by OTP or signature. At delivery, inspect the carton and visible product for dents, cracks, breakage and missing accessories. Record any visible issue on the delivery receipt and send photographs/video to us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours.

For products that should only be opened by the manufacturer’s technician, do not open or install the product yourself where the product page or brand terms say otherwise.

Failed delivery and customer unavailability

We normally make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails because the address is incorrect, no authorised recipient is available, building access is refused, or the customer cannot be reached, re-delivery may be charged at actual transport cost. If we cannot reach you for 7 days after a failed delivery, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid after deducting actual transport costs already incurred, where applicable.

Delays outside our control

Delivery may be delayed by heavy rain/waterlogging, traffic restrictions, market no-entry restrictions, pollution-related vehicle restrictions, festivals, strikes, bandhs, government orders, supplier delays or other events beyond reasonable control. We will communicate a revised date as soon as reasonably possible.
